CT Semiconductor (A member of CT Group) is a trusted partner specializing in semiconductor chip assembly, test and packaging (ATP) among OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) companies.
The company is currently establishing three OSAT factories (two in the South and one in the North of Vietnam), two R&D centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and notably, two customer service centers in Silicon Valley and Phoenix, Arizona.
By 2026, CT Semiconductor aims to become Vietnam’s leading semiconductor ATP manufacturer.
CT Semiconductor is currently enrolling for the “Seed Talent – Train for the Trainer” program to develop a high-quality team of ATP semiconductor chip technicians, in alignment with the government’s vision for the industry.

The Factory of CT Semiconductor is located in the Song Than area, the logistics capital of Vietnam. It has a strategic geographical location and diversified means of transportation. The factory is intergrated the advantages of transportation, warehousing, goods circulation…. The increasing movement of goods to and from CT Semiconductor has necessitated further development in its logistics sector. The golden position also helps CT Semiconductor easily deliver services to Vietnam and all over the world. In addition, CT Semiconductor is keeping up with the trend of investing in technology and digital transformation in businesses, greening the supply chain, which means businesses must meet requirements for reducing emissions, being environmentally friendly, meet the requirements of commercial activities in the coming period and all components participating in the logistics supply chain must meet greening requirements.
