Recently, local and international semiconductor experts and scientists attended the “Developing the Packaging and Testing Industry for Semiconductor Chips and Supporting Industries” seminar, organized by the NIC Hoa Lac Semiconductor Training Center – CT Semiconductor. The event created an in-depth discussion on researches and practical solutions to promote the development of the semiconductor industry in Vietnam. It emphasized the crucial role of training high-quality human resources in this industry. Currently, the NIC Hoa Lac Semiconductor Training Center – CT Semiconductor is also recruiting for “Seed Training – Train the Trainer” classes on assembling, testing, and packaging semiconductor chips, joining hands with the Government to realize the goal of 50,000 semiconductor engineers by 2030.
